HAZAMA ANDO views employee health as a critical management issue. Since issuing a Health Declaration in July 2019, we established a framework to promote health management throughout the Company and put initiatives in place to promote better health, including diet, exercise, smoking, and mental health.
In specific terms, we conduct a raft of measures, including video training on diets and communication. Over and above the promotion of exercise through walking events, we also distribute health information on a regular basis through online newsletters and in-house apps and upgrade and expand subsidies to cover the cost of health checkups.
Looking ahead, we will work diligently to provide a safe, secure, and healthy working environment so that our employees can continue to work energetically in an effort to be known as the company in the construction industry that cares the most about its employees.
